Hey everyone, today is seated elliptical day at Summit Fitness Equipment. What is a seated elliptical you may ask? Well it is a great piece of equipment that will help you get in shape and isolate your arms or legs to give you that full body burn.
Why not just buy a bike? Well you can work out your arms by putting your feet on the foot begs and press the chest press workout button. Also you can do the same with your legs. You also get a much better calorie burn than your standard sit down bike. Come take one of these for a ride!

At Summit Fitness Equipment, we care about your health and that is why we have chosen some of the best fitness equipment on the market to help you improve your fitness level, maintain what you already have or just to help get rid of your winter pounds. Polar Fitness also helps with these things by helping you listen to your body.

Getting the most out of your training doesn’t always mean working faster or harder. The best way to improving and seeing results is to train at the right intensity. With a Polar heart rate monitor, you can make sure you’re not over or under training, and make each session count. Use Polar as your wrist-based personal trainer, motivating you each and every time you train.

Calculate Your Maximum Heart Rate
220 - Your Age = Maximum heart rate. For example, a 30 year old’s maximum heart rate = 220 - 30 = 190
Level 3 moderate range = 190 x 70-80% = 133-152bpm
